Refund policy

POLICIES

• All returns are accepted as long as the request is made to return the item within 15 days of receiving the merchandise.
• Once approved we will generate the FREE UPS prepaid label, we will email you with the label attached. 
• Returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a DTK gift card.

EXCHANGE PROCESS
1. To exchange an item we must be notified via email. Please view our CONTACT US page for our contact information

2. Notification must be within 5 business days of item delivery

3. Once the item you wish to exchange is received by our staff you will receive notification via email. At that time we will then inspect the item(s). Once the item(s) have passed inspection we will send you a follow-up email with a tracking # for the size replacement.

4. Items advertised as: Sale, Clearance, Reduced Price, Final Sale or purchased during a special promotion or event CAN NOT BE EXCHANGED.

5. No exchanges on Accessories/Jewelry or Swimwear

6. Only 1 exchange is allowed on a single order and we can deny an exchange request if customer has more than 1 within a certain period of time.

SHIPPING 
1. In stock items are shipped Monday – Saturday, from 10AM – 4PM EST (We are closed on Sunday’s and during all major US holiday’s).

2. Please allow 48 hours for your tracking notification email on in stock item purchases

3. Orders shipped to a customer and then returned to us by USPS or UPS will be held until we are able to get in touch with the customer. Once customer is contacted we will make arrangements with them to have the item redelivered.
