EXCHANGE PROCESS

  • The exchange process must be initiated within in 5 business days of item’s delivery. We must be notified via email within that 5 days (Please view our CONTACT US page for our contact information).

  • Once we send a reply granting the exchange the item can be shipped back to our fulfillment warehouse. Once we receive it, and it passes inspection you will receive a notification via email and issued a tracking # for the item’s replacement.

  • Made to Order, Custom Order, Sale, Clearance, Reduced Price, Final Sale or items purchased during a special promotion or event CAN NOT BE EXCHANGED.

  • Accessories/Jewelry, Shoes or Swimwear/Lingerie CAN NOT BE EXCHANGED

  • Any item listed as “FINAL SALE” may have been used during a photo shoot or styling pull CAN NOT BE EXCHANGED

  • Only 1 exchange is allowed on a single order and we can deny an exchange request if the customer has more than 1 within a certain period of time.

  • If your item arrives and it is damaged or defective prior to wear please contact us immediately and we will expedite an exact item exchange or issue an eStore credit for you to use toward another purchase.

 

eSTORE CREDIT

An eStore credit is issued when a customer wishes to purchase another item after an exchange is requested.  This can be issued for 1 of 2 reasons: the original item to be exchanged is either no longer available or if the customer wishes to order something different.  The credit is issued via email and the code is specific to that customer and order number and can only be used once.  

 

 FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING

  • Our Fulfillment Team packs and ships orders Monday through Friday from 10am to 10pm EST

  • A USPS tracking # is automatically assigned and details are emailed to the customer once the order is shipped. Please allow 24-48 hrs for your tracking to show up to date details and movement.

  • We offer USPS Priority Mail (2-5 business days) OR USPS Express (1-2 business days)

  • If for any reason USPS is unable to deliver your package, we will notify you via email you to arrange re-delivery. Please be sure that your address information is correct as we have no way of editing an address once you input it at checkout.

 

IN STOCK

  • An item that we have in stock and ready to ship

 

PRE ORDER

  • An item we do not keep in stock. Pre Order items are only arrive by order. Due to this these items are only eligible for size exchanges or eStore credit. These items can not be rushed but once they arrive to us if “Express Shipping” is chosen we do ship it out as such. A Pre Order hashtag will always be advertised within our social media outlets and within the item’s description there will always be production details (including but not limited to arrival estimates). If there shall be further delay with production on the item we will send the client an email notifying them of the delay. Pre Ordering is best done on popular items as well. We do have instances where an item will be stocked, but in limited quantities, so to secure yours we offer the item before it arrives to us. In this instance again, these items are not eligible for exchange or eStore credit. These items will have a more specific ship date as appose to a production time. We do highly recommended Pre Ordering on these items especially if any of our celeb clients wear it. Once the shipment is received we can only guarantee size and style availability if you Pre Order. Additionally we do not restock items under any circumstances.

 

MADE TO ORDER & CUSTOM

  • An item that we do not stock and is custom made to the client’s specific measurements. We offer this on our indie designer pieces such as the “Bow’d Leggings.” Under no circumstance are these items eligible for exchange or eStore credit.  These items can not be rushed but once they arrive to us if “Express Shipping” is chosen we do ship it out as such. A Pre Order hashtag will always be advertised within our social media outlets and within the item’s description there will always be production details (including but not limited to arrival estimates). If there shall be further delay with production on the item we will send the client an email notifying them of the delay.

  • In the images shown for each item the last image is always our size chart.

  • Most of our items run true to size, some pieces may not
